Announcement to change Customer Support Hours
Dear Valued Customers,
Please be informed that our customer support hours will be changed as follows:
Effective Date: August 1, 2026
New Support Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Previously 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Operating Days: Monday to Friday
Holiday: Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
Please Note: Any requests or inquiries received after 4:30 PM will be processed on the next business
day. We kindly ask that you submit any urgent inquiries prior to this time.
To better support our customers, we recently reviewed the business start times of our clients and
found that many now begin their operations earlier in the day. To align our services more closely with
your daily workflow and provide timely support, we have decided to revise our operating hours.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we transition to this new schedule. If you have
any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us during our new operating hours.
